JALILUD EMBRODIERY (JLD EMB) is a full-service, high-volume contract embroidery company. Who offer a wide range of embroidery products, including 3-D (puff) embroidery and appliqué using tackle twill. – Embroidering on difficult products (like curved hats) and in difficult locations (like a shirt sleeve or collar).
We embroidered shirts, jackets, hoodies, hats, towels, bags and much more—We only use high-end Tajima embroidery equipment, which we meticulously maintain and calibrate for top-quality results.

In case you’re new to stitching-speak, digitizing is the process of converting the art for your design into a set of precise, artistically interpreted, and production-driven instructions that our computerized embroidery machines can follow to create superb sewouts, every time.

Our Machines
JLD EMB uses Tajima machines, the embroidery industry’s gold standard, resulting in always superb stitching. With a total of 26 computerized embroidery heads and machines of varying sizes, we can quickly process any order … from one piece to thousands!
Our machines have 15 needles. We can produce embroidery with a wide variety of colors variations. We have machines specifically configured for flat surfaces (like shirts, jackets, and towels) and machines optimized for curved surfaces like hats, including in-demand puff embroidery.
